y Ph.D. en Geografía (en

Colorado, Boulder, EEUU).
Investigador Superior del
CONICET en el IANIGLA. Ha
publicado extensamente
(mas de 200 trabajos en
revistas científicas).
Lideró el relevamiento
nacional de glaciales. Ha
sido uno de los autores
del Cuarto Informe de
Evaluación del IPCC. En
2023 fue distinguido por
la Fundación Konex con el
Diploma al Mérito por su
trabajo en Ecología y
Ciencias Ambientales en la

Ingeniería de la UBA.
Asimismo, es Environmental
Research Fellow en The
George Washington
University (Estados
Unidos). Es Profesora
Titular de Derecho de los
Recursos Naturales y
Protección del Ambiente en
la Facultad de Derecho de
la UBA. Es Investigadora
Permanente del Instituto
de Investigaciones
Jurídicas y Sociales
“Ambrosio L. Gioja”.
Asimismo, es Secretaria
Ejecutiva del Centro de
Formación Judicial de la
Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos
Aires. Autora de numerosas
publicaciones. Actualmente
Vicedecana de la Facultad
de Derecho de la UBA.</p>

desempeñó como Técnica
Ambiental en el Ministerio
de Agricultura, Ganadería
y Pesca de la Nación por 5
años. Actualmente presta
servicios en la
Organización de las
Naciones Unidas para la
Alimentación y la
Agricultura (FAO) en
Argentina, como
Responsable del Área
Ambiente y Recursos
Naturales. Es coautora de
trabajos que analizan los
efectos del desmonte en el
Chaco argentino y sobre
Ordenamiento Territorial.</p>
