en la FAUBA
por la
renuncia de
más de 30
docentes e
investigadores</b><br>

La decana de
la Facultad de
Agronomía de
la Universidad
de Buenos
Aires (FAUBA),
Adriana
Rodríguez,
expresó su
profunda
preocupación
ante la
creciente
renuncia
docentes e
investigadores
de la
Institución.<br>
<br>
Rodríguez
señaló que una
de las
principales
causas es la
desactualización
salarial que
afecta a todos
los docentes y
nodocentes de
universidades
públicas. “El
salario sufrió
una
desactualización
varios puntos
por debajo de
los
incrementos
que se le han
dado a otros
trabajadores
del Estado”,
afirmó.<br>
<br>
En este
sentido,
alertó que la
situación de
retraso
presupuestario
acumulada
durante todo
el año generó
que muchos
docentes
jóvenes de
FAUBA, con
posgrados y
trayectorias
en
investigación,
abandonaron
sus puestos
para radicarse
y trabajar en
universidades
del exterior,
en países como
Uruguay,
Brasil,
Estados
Unidos,
Francia e
Inglaterra.<br>
<br>
“Estamos
perdiendo lo
más valioso
que produce la
universidad
pública:
profesionales
altamente
calificados,
que sostienen
la
investigación
y el
desarrollo
tecnológico
para las
distintas
actividades en
nuestro país.
Nuestros
docentes e
investigadores
están muy bien
calificados y
son
reconocidos
por sus pares
internacionales”, destacó la decana.<br>
<br>
Sin embargo,
remarcó que
hoy en día un
auxiliar
docente,
ayudante de
primera o jefe
de trabajos
prácticos, con
título de
doctorado y
dedicación
exclusiva
cobra no más
de 900 mil
pesos por mes.
“Y a esto se
suma la
parálisis del
sistema de
Ciencia y
Técnica, no
hay
suficientes
recursos para
llevar
adelante la
investigación”,
agregó.<br>
<br>
De esta
manera, afirmó
que resulta
necesario y
urgente que el
Congreso de la
Nación
sancione la
Ley de
Financiamiento
Universitario,
que regula
“globalmente
el presupuesto
de las
universidades”
y destina
entre el 90 y
el 95 por
ciento de los
fondos al pago
de salarios
docentes y no
docentes. </p>
