actividades de la Semana de la
Memoria, el próximo <b>viernes 21 de
marzo a las 18:00 hs</b>, se llevará
a cabo un panel titulado <b>"Alimentación
y Ambientes Saludables como Derechos
Humanos"</b> en el Salón de Actos de
la Facultad de Agronomía de la UBA
(FAUBA). </p>

align="left">El panel contará con la
participación del <b>Prof. Adolfo
Pérez Esquivel</b>, <b>Premio Nobel
de la Paz</b> 1980, reconocido
activista, profesor, escultor y pintor
argentino, quien ha dedicado su vida a
la lucha por los derechos humanos y la
defensa de la democracia en América
Latina. </p>

align="left">También, participará el <b>Dr.
José Paruelo</b>, Profesor de la
FAUBA e Investigador Superior del
CONICET, especialista en ciencias
ambientales, con una extensa
trayectoria en el estudio de los
ecosistemas y su impacto en el
ambiente. Y disertará la <b>Lic.
Andrea Graciano</b>, Coordinadora de
la Cátedra de Soberanía Alimentaria de
la Carrera de Nutrición de la Facultad
de Medicina de la UBA, quien ha
trabajado activamente en la promoción
del derecho a la alimentación y en
políticas públicas como el etiquetado
frontal de alimentos y la soberanía
alimentaria.</p>

importancia de esta actividad, <b>Gustavo

Desarrollo y Relaciones
Institucionales y miembro de la
Comisión de Derechos Humanos de la
Facultad, expresó: “Como comisión nos
pareció muy relevante abordar la
temática de ambiente y alimentación,
dado que se trabajan en nuestras
carreras y que sean analizadas desde
la perspectiva de los derechos
humanos, me parece que es enriquecedor
para todas las propuestas formativas.
Es una visión que la comisión quiere
compartir con todo el estudiantado y
con toda la comunidad”.</p>
