*Erasmus Mundus scholarships: region Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa 
Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela*

The Faculty of Bioscience Engineering of Ghent University (Belgium) 
offers 8 English taught Master of Science programmes 
(https://www.ugent.be/bw/en/education/master-programmes). Four of those 
programmes have Erasmus Mundus Scholarships available, which are very 
comprehensive (49.000 EUR / 2 years).

However, with the application deadline for non-European and scholarship 
seeking students (EU or non-EU) approaching fast, the Erasmus Mundus 
Master of Science in Soils and Global Change (IMSOGLO - 
https://imsoglo.eu/), has received very few applications from the region 
Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, 
Uruguay & Venezuela. Therefore a kind request to inform possible 
interested students or other relevant contacts about this opportunity.

If admission requirements (https://imsoglo.eu/admission-criteria/) and 
the application deadline (29th February 2020) are met: the current 
chance of success for a submitted file is approximately 40 %.
